About
Z.R.T.X. is a company founded in 2007, and a part of Accent Groupe.
At our office we have an informal culture, a healthy growth ambition
and efficient young group of traders from various countries. This
provides diversity, new inspiration and professionality.
Next to this, it is important that our employees enjoy coming to work
and feel as comfortable as possible. Therefore, because of the warmth,
we have an informal dress code. If you want to wear a suit or shorts,
it’s all up to you.
To release some stress from day trading we have drinks every Friday at
nice beach bars or at the old market bar. Also some of us, when the markets
are quiet, walk to the seafront and enjoy a nice coffee.
Office
With the office being 200 meters walking from the beach and the sun always shining, the day starts with a lot of motivation. It has an exciting atmosphere and because of our pool table, dartboard and two big couches to chill (with a small library that has around of 60 trading-related books), it is also a place to relax. Next to the fact that the weather is wonderful, we have lots of air conditioning to keep the head cool.
What we do
We conduct trades, taking on its risks and are independently
analyzing the markets. Also we are taking positions in various
instruments on stock exchanges on our own initiative. We have the
winning trading environment and our own in-house trading suite.
As a trader at Z.R.T.X. we enjoy a lot of freedom. We have the complete
responsibility of our own positions and decisions. We discuss issues with
colleagues, but in the end, we have to make our own decisions and take
a position depending on our own ideas.
We also are responsible for interpreting news or announcements of any
company. Our opinion can be accurate which will be reflected on our trading
screens together with the rest of the financial world. We enjoy the fact
that our opinion turned out to be correct, and profitable.
